The room was spacious, clean, and really comfy. I loved the large bathroom with a modern shower. It had everything we needed right in the center of Spa, so it was convenient for getting around. The cleaning standards were shockingly poor. I found hair on the bathroom floor and walls, which made my stay uncomfortable. I also had to drag my luggage through the restaurant during busy hours, which was awkward and inconvenient.
